We're a small crew, and we like it that way. Every job gets the same attention — the inspection, the install, the cleanup — done by the same people start to finish.
We work all over the Memphis metro, but most of what we do is full replacements and storm repairs. Memphis weather is hard on roofs. Tornado-grade winds, summer hail, the occasional surprise snowstorm — we've patched, tarped, and replaced through all of it.
The reason we still answer the phone ourselves? Because that's how it should work. When someone's got water in their living room or a tree through their decking, they shouldn't get a call center. They should get the guy who's coming to fix it.
